Privacy and Contact Requests

How information submitted through the project request form is used.

When submitting a project request, the form asks for your name, email and project description. Phone, country, company, service and budget can be added and remain optional. The details are used to review the inquiry and contact you about it. They are stored in the site's administration area, protected by authentication and permissions.

The form includes consent to contact, input validation and controls to reduce spam and excessive requests. A derived identifier is stored for this purpose; the raw IP address is not stored in the inquiry record. The website uses session cookies needed for forms, security checks and administration sign-in. Project requests are not displayed on public pages or in search results.

You can email info@pixelsaa.com with questions about your request data or to request correction or deletion. Do not include passwords, payment information or sensitive files in the project description.

This notice describes the contact form in this website. If an agreed project involves access to your systems or additional files, those details are discussed within the project scope and related correspondence.
